Nortwest of LOMBOK, otherwise know as "the wild", there is the hidden gem of Inonésia, THE RINJANI BEACH ECO RESORT, which is covered with green coconut palms and faces the Gili islands. This is located near TANJUNG at 2 hours of the new airport of Traya situated in the south of MATARAM.Possibility of transport from/ to the airport. Its charming bungalows and spacious villas made from real bamboo combine traditional construction: bamboo stilts, alang alang roof(woven coconut leaves) which makes for a very comfortable design. The restaurant, also constructed in bamboo,welcomes you on oceanfront. Cannot decide between the sea and the mountains? The Rinjani Eco Beach Resort offers both. Enjoy the charm of living in an authentic bamboo bungalow with stunning views of the ocean or mountains, the sunrise over Mount Rinjani and the rice fields, the sunset over the ocean with views of the Gili Islands and the volcano in Bali. A dream location for any holiday be it with your significant other, your family or your friends. The complex has 5 real "bamboo villas" (a special "feet in water" honeymoon suite), with a double bed and a sofa bed, equipped with a open designer bathroom (as per the Indonesian custom) with hot and cold water, a safe and a furnished terrace. Linens are provided. (Bed linen and towels) The maximum occupancy capacity in "villas" is 3. However, we can accommodate a couple with two children if we are notified in advance. Cots are also available. Our accommodation also has two bungalows known as the "backpacker’s bungalow". It is less spacious (2 people) and has no hot water. Rentals are available from 12am on the day of arrival and must be returned no later than 10am on day of departure. All materials used for construction are environmentally friendly. Our room are on stilts and are naturally refreshed with fans. Citronella plantations encircle bungalows and keep mosquitoes away.
